Suggested Minimal System Requirements

As always, the amount of data that you wish to work with will impact every aspect of these suggested minimal system requirements. The following are known to be sufficient for working with viral and small bacterial genome related data.

Processor		1.4 GHz x86 or comparable microprocessor (e.g. Sparc)
Memory		1 GB RAM (2 GB is preferred)
Disk		200 MB (but more is better for saving work sessions)
Network		10 Mbs
